Brand new and uncirculated 2023 Austrian Philharmonic Silver Bullion Coin

Monster box of 500 coins

Design of the 2023 Silver Philharmonic Coin

The Austrian Philharmonic coin features a large number of instruments that are used by the world famous Vienna Philharmonic on the front of the coin. These include a harp, french horn, violin and others. At the top of the coin is written the words ‘Wiener Philharmoniker’, and the word ‘silber’ just beneath.

The reverse side of the coin features an image of the world famous organ that is located in the famous music hall in Vienna, Austria. The top of the coin features the words ‘Republik Osterreich’. Beneath the image are the words ‘1 Unze Feinsilber’, and the coin’s face value. Each 1 Ounce Silver Philharmonic has a face value of €1,50.

The Philharmonic series was designed to commemorate the country's rich heritage in the arts, including classical music. The Austrian Philharmonic is perhaps the most famous symphony orchestra in the world.

Buying Silver Philharmonics in Monster Boxes (Wholesale)

The silver monster box of philharmonics is an excellent option for investors looking to buy silver coins in larger quantities. The boxes are issued directly from the Austrian Mint (Munze Osterriech), and each box features 25 tubes of 20 coins each. Coins may be easily stored when purchased in monster boxes, but they also have the added benefit of being able to be sold off incrementally, which allows an investor better control of his portfolio.

The Austrian Mint

The Austrian Mint is most famous for its annual release of the Philharmonic coin series. This is the official bullion coin series of Austria, and it is the only official bullion coin that is widely circulated which is denominated in Euros. The Philharmonic coin was first released in 1996 in gold, followed by the silver philharmonic in 2006, and the platinum Philharmonic following in 2016. The silver philharmonic coin is only available in the 1 ounce size.

In addition to the Philharmonic coin series, the Austrian Mint also manufactures a number of bullion bars in gold and silver. Its most famous are its Kinebars, which are available in smaller sizes in gold only.

Investing in Silver Philharmonics with SuisseGold.eu

Worldwide delivery and VAT-free Swiss storage are both available for all purchases. Because silver is subject to VAT in many places including in the EU, many clients who purchase silver in larger quantities prefer to keep their silver in VAT-exempt storage rather than taking delivery. Monster boxes of Philharmonics can be purchased in any of 20 currencies via bank transfer, including Euros, Pounds Sterling, Norwegian Krone, Swedish Krone, Polish Zloty, Arab Dirhams, and many others. Cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin and Ethereum, are also accepted.
